Full Job Description

Stockport. The post holder will deliver clinical skills supervision and will case manage a team of trainee and qualifed PWP's delivering a range of NICE approved low intensity interventions for depression and anxiety disorders. The post holder will also carry a caseload., Furthermore, you will assist with the continued development of the service, being responsible for case management supervision and for triaging referrals to ensure clients access the most appropriate carepathway. If you are an experienced PWP, passionate about promoting meaningful and effective therapeutic experiences for clients at Step 2 and are ready for a fresh challenge we'd like to hear from you. This role will have a key role in supervising and supporting our Trainee PWP cohort, being a pathway lead and representing the PWP workforce at service and operational meetings.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working as a qualifed PWP, will be skilled in delivering low intensity therapy, highly motivated with the ability to organise and prioritise their own workload and will have successfully completed an approved IAPT PWP Post Graduate Certificate.,

  • An annual salary of £37,338 per annum (band 6 entry NHS scale) pro rata.
  • A permanent, 18.75 hours per week contract (but will consider full time dual role: 18.75 hours working as senior PWP and 18.75
