Full Job Description

The successful candidate will work alongside the Step 2 Leads and all members of the Step 2 Team to ensure appropriate clinical support and guidance is given to the step 2 workforce and that the needs of the clients NHS Sefton Talking Therapies serves are being met. You must be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner or a Qualified Graduate Mental Health Worker with at least 1 year post qualification experience and can provide evidence of working with people who have experienced a men, You should have a real interest in helping people with anxiety and depression to achieve a level of recovery which will improve their overall wellbeing and day to day life. An understanding of PWP supervision is desirable, however on-the-job training is available to the successful candidate, as you will be responsible for the clinical and case management supervision of both trainee and qualified PWP's.
