Full Job Description

As a Senior Perinatal Pyschological Wellbeing Practitoner and a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients and providing assessment and low intensity interventions to clients, drawing from CBT theories and techniques. You will work alongside the management team to make sure that key performance indications are being met and will help to support the vision to improve access and treatment outcomes for perinatal clients., Big Life strives to be diverse and inclusive - a place where we can all be ourselves.   • You will be a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (minimum one year experience).
  • You will be a Qualified PWP supervisor or have the willingness to gain this.
  • You will have experience of managing a caseload of clients and keeping up to date records using a database.
  • You will have experience of working with individuals (1-2-1) and groups of people in different settings to help them achieve
  • their goals.
  • You will have experience of working with a range of service providers and stakeholders.
  • You will have the ability to effectively work with a range of different people, from different skills and backgrounds, both
  • internally and externally.
  • You will have a positive outlook and a 'can do attitude' as well as personal resilience and a flexible attitude in the face of
  • difficulties.

  • An annual salary of 0.5 Senior Perinatal PWP - £37,88 pro rata (NHS scale Band 6) and 0.5 Qualified Psychological Wellbeing
  • Practitioner - £32,324 pro rata per annum (NHS scale band 5 + 2 years fixed point).
  • A fixed term, full time, 37.5 hours per week contract
  • Based at Oakland House
  • 25 days holiday, and 30 once you've been here five years, plus bank holidays.
