Full Job Description

  • Manage the preparation of internal commercial and other reports as required.
  • Ensure the use of cost allocation/coding which satisfies both internal and external requirements.
  • Ensure that the out-turn costs on projects are monitored on a monthly basis through robust resourced and costed bottom-up forecasts.
  • Management of Cost Reports to the Client with contractually compliant supporting documentation.
  • Management of the production of material for Year End Audit.
  • Identify, mitigate and manage key risks and opportunities for a portfolio of work
  • Ensure subcontract and material procurement schedules are prepared and updated.
  • Drafting of complex subcontracts including Professional Services Agreements.

    We are looking for someone who has a construction background
  • Assist in Work Winning Duties as required, including technical writing of PQQ responses.
  • The ability to consistently apply knowledge and understanding through the development and application of new skills.
  • Experience of line management, including supporting others using time management, organisational, development and IT skills
  • Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)
  • Will have commercially led a project.
