Full Job Description

To undertake a range of general radiographic procedures and organise service provision within the main X-Ray Department and Operating Theatres under the supervision of the X-ray Team Lead Radiographer. To directly supervise Assistant Practitioners and Radiographic Assistants to maximise throughput and monitor image quality. To provide an on call and 7-day service to the patients

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit 1 x 12 Months Fixed Term radiographer, with a passion for imaging, to expand our experienced team. With significant experience in plain film and fluoroscopy is essential and this post will give you the opportunity to build on and extend your clinical expertise in MSK imaging.

The successful applicant be required to work extended weekdays and weekends on a rolling rota as well as on-call duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. You will need to be motivated to learn, flexible and enthusiastic to develop your skills. It is essential that you have significant experienceworking within the NHS.

You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will play an important role in patient care, so you should be positive, adaptable and work to high standards to ensure our Trust maintains its good reputation.
