Maintain strong relationships with candidates in the Mortgage & Protection market, who will be either considering their first venture into becoming Self-Employed or are existing well-established Advisors, delivering bespoke solutions.
Identifying suitable candidates by way of indirect and direct approaches.
Devising and launching recruitment campaigns using various recruitment methods and platforms.
Maintaining our internal systems and tracking progress to company standards.
Using LinkedIn recruiter and other job boards - to map candidates.
Reporting on outcomes and results to the senior management team.

Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
To be able to demonstrate a strong history of building candidate relationships.
As a senior recruiter you will be ambitious and driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding services.
Right to work in the UK (evidence will be required).

On target earnings of over £40k per year (uncapped)
£28,000 - £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
