Liaising with agencies and candidates regarding live vacancies
Liaising with hiring managers to arrange interviews
Moving candidates through the various pipelines within the recruitment system
Building quality relationships with various hiring managers and agencies
Arranging employee testing
Adding new vacancies to social media and job portals
Represent the company at job fairs and career events
Work with hiring managers to create and upkeep job statements
Review & process invoices for payment
Carry out administration tasks involved in the various student schemes and training programmes
Sendout employment offers to successful candidates
Other ad-hoc duties as required

Proven experience in an administrative role
Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally gained in a legal or professional services environment, Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly organised with with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Problem solving and results driven approach
Ideally Entitled or Entitled for Work in Jersey, however candidates who hold Registered status would also be considered
