  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Ability to manage specialised roles and refine hiring processes based on robust data analysis.
  • Influential Strategy Development: Credibility to shape recruitment strategies with a focus on key performance metrics, including cost per hire, DE&I impact, and candidate source efficiency.
  • Direct Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in headhunting, leveraging job boards, and fostering referral programs to build, and maintain, diverse candidate pools.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Expertise in overseeing recruitment from start to finish, with a data-informed approach.
