Full Job Description

As the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing strategy, execution, and measurement for the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Growth Markets. You will work closely with sales, sales development, and global marketing teams to build demand generation programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This is both a strategic and hands-on role that will require close collaboration with key stakeholders and the ability to manage a small team., Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop, execute, and oversee the regional marketing strategy for the UK, Ireland, and Growth Markets (Benelux, Nordics, Spain, Italy) in alignment with sales and business goals.
  • Build and manage regional marketing programs across digital campaigns, field events, webinars, account-based marketing (ABM), and other channels to drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Create localized marketing strategies that reflect the unique needs and opportunities in each market within the region.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Set clear goals, manage team performance, and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth:
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop marketing campaigns that align with their goals, ensuring lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue targets are met.
  • Manage marketing-driven campaigns and events that nurture prospects, accelerate opportunities, and drive deals to close.
  • Partner with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to track lead flow and optimize conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with global and EMEA marketing teams to leverage existing campaigns, content, and programs, ensuring alignment with the corporate marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the sales, partner and SDR teams to identify new market opportunities and support growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate with ABM teams to deliver highly targeted, account-based marketing initiatives for key strategic accounts in the region.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Use data and analytics to track the performance of marketing campaigns, drawing insights to optimize and improve results.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, including lead generation, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Evaluate marketing programs' effectiveness and recommend future investments based on data-driven insights.
  • Market Expertise & Localization:
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the UK, Ireland, and Growth Markets.
  • Localize global marketing campaigns for relevance in the region, ensuring cultural and language alignment.
  • Process Improvement & Scalability:
  • Implement scalable processes and systems to enhance regional marketing efficiency.
  • Set best practices for Northern Europe and Growth Markets that can be expanded across EMEA.

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry, with a focus on demand generation and regional marketing.
  • Proven experience leading and managing marketing teams, with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive performance., Strong understanding of B2B marketing channels, tactics, and metrics, with expertise in demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Marketo an advantage), and analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Proven ability to align closely with sales teams and drive effective collaboration for shared goals.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders across different regions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels., Self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
