Senior Reinsurance Broker

You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients and new business development. You will manage and develop client and Willis Towers Watson relationships and grow the portfolio within the business unit and will be responsible for converting prospects.,

• Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients to strengthen the partnership. Understand the clients' business and risk transfer needs, determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet the clients' needs


• Client account management and administration with the goal to retain and develop a profitable terrorism portfolio of accounts, including day to day care of clients' programme in a timely and accurate manner.


• Face to face broking in Lloyds and with London markets, and electronically with international markets


• Working with the Global Broking Team and Analytics Teams to design and implement optimum risk transfer mechanism


• Excellence in broking through trust, credibility, and strong market relationships


• Electronically trading through PPL


• Actively identify opportunities to work with colleagues across the business to capitalise on account penetration and cross selling opportunities


• Develop knowledge of relevant products and services offered by WTW


• Ensure transparency of agency and other commitments made to carriers and clients


• Deliver optimisation of revenue from new and existing clients using the full range of appropriate placement channels and markets for the specific client segment of the business
  
  We are seeking an experienced Senior Reinsurance Broker to join our London office and play a pivotal role in our reinsurance operations. This position is ideal for an accomplished insurance professional with a strong background in reinsurance, ready to apply their skills and contribute to our dynamic team.



• Reinsurance Experience: Proven background in reinsurance with substantial experience in the field.


• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, numeracy, and organizational skills.


• Proposal & Presentation Preparation: Ability to prepare proposals and presentations using marketing resources, practice groups, and collaboration with other producers.


• Market Reform Contracts Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Market Reform Contracts for insurance and reinsurance.


• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.


• Client & Underwriter Interaction: Ability to maintain effective face-to-face and telephone communication with clients and underwriters.


• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated track record of strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities.


• Team Environment: Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, showcasing lateral thinking, initiative, self-motivation, and decision-making skills.


• Service Excellence: Proven track record of delivering high levels of service and handling high work volumes, especially during peak times.
