Full Job Description

As a Senior Research Executive (AI), you will be the interface between the CAI Product Manager and Research Teams to champion the adoption of Conversational AI. This role is focused on working in close collaboration with in-market research teams and empowering them to maximise their utilisation of MMR's evolving Conversational AI toolkit. This role with suit someone who has previously worked as a Researcher, looking for a new and unique challenge!,

  • Support initial client conversations across markets to best showcase the CAI toolkit and work with the Product Manager to identify regional opportunities and barriers.
  • Develop tailored training for each market according to client interest or skillsets, as well as continually building expertise and sharing learnings within the CAI Delivery team.
  • Connect directly with project objectives and provide guidance on the design of questions and AI levers.
  • Set up Q.Bot and Sensory Bot projects from end-to-end, including quality checks, link testing, data collection, ensuring streamlined delivery, and providing a final data report.
  • Provide integrated analysis support through uploading data to the relevant platforms and guiding teams on usage.
  • Support with storytelling development, flatplanning sessions, and debrief discussions, using knowledge and findings to strengthen capabilities across all projects.

    Previous experience working as a Researcher
  • Able to set up and script projects from end-to-end
  • Able to communicate and collaborate well with in-market teams to maximise their utilisation of the CAI toolkit.
  • Be inquisitive and a critical thinker, looking for best practices in all projects and methods.
