Full Job Description

  • Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity.
  • Client Relations: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service throughout the transaction process.
  • Legal Advice: Provide expert legal advice on residential property matters, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practices.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough reviews of property titles, draft contracts, and manage the completion and post-completion processes.
  • Business Development: Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to support the growth of the practice.

    Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm based in Central London, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with 6+ years post-qualification experience (PQE). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-value residential property transactions, excellent client management skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment., Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE in residential property law.
  • Proven experience managing high-value and complex property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, property law, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and IT tools., Experience working with Central London property markets.
  • A network of industry contacts, including estate agents and mortgage brokers.
