Join us as a Senior Residential Support Worker supporting our client in their crucial role ensuring the care and welfare of children in residential care.,

  • Taking a lead role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of each child
  • Planning, managing and leading shifts to keep children engaged and secure in line with each individual placement plan
  • Provide support and guidance to all residential workers
  • Ensure professional conduct and adherence to relevant policies and procedures
  • Conduct effective supervisions, offering advice and motivation

    At least 6 months full-time experience in the last 3 years working alongside children and young people in a senior/leadership role
  • The right to work in the UK and be able to work up to full time hours
  • Highly desirable: Level 3 qualification in children's services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Hold a full, clean, drivers licence as you may be required to transport children outside of the residential setting

    This position is based in Worthing with an hourly salary of between £14.30 and £17.16 per hour for applicants with the required previous work experience, depending on shift pattern.
