Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Coordinator to join our Temporary Staffing Resourcing Team.You will be responsible for all Temporary Staffing Recruitment, to lead on and oversee recruitment episodes from placing of adverts through to issuing contracts to new starters; ensuring a smooth and streamlined process throughout.Within the role you will be responsible for supporting the Temporary Staffing Resourcing Assistant and helping with their development and training, ensuring all our KPIs are met.We are looking for someone who is proactive and a great team worker, with flexibility to get stuck in during busy times; with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude, ensuring we recruit in a timely, safe way., The post holder is responsible for the day to day delivery of a comprehensive and responsive Temporary Staffing recruitment service, ensuring the provision of specialist professional support and guidance on operational and best practice issues in relation to recruitment, selection and adherence to the NHS Employment Check standards.

We provide emergency and non-emergency services to the residents of East Surrey, North-East West Sussex, and South Croydon, including the major towns of Crawley, Horsham, Reigate and Redhill; a community of over 535,000 people. We provide acute and complex services and a range of outpatient, diagnostic services whilst Crawley Hospital and Horsham in West Sussex and Caterham Dene Hospital and Oxted Health Centre in Surrey provide less complex planned services.
