Future is a global platform for specialist media with scalable, diversified brands of over 70 print and digital products. Reporting into the Retention Marketing Manager, this role is a great opportunity to join our Customer Operations team, to deliver an outstanding customer retention strategy on our high profile UK News & Wealth brands.
We're looking for someone with excellent skills in marketing and analytics, which is essential to delivering our core metrics. You'll implement agreed retention marketing roadmaps to deliver improvement through a test and learn approach, and applying best practice. You'll drive yield and revenue, and improving lifetime value across our digital and print subscriber base. Delivering retention and engagement marketing initiatives to reduce churn and win back customers. You'll be comfortable with retention analytics and present results and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels. Above all, you will be customer-centric and will always deliver a first class customer experience, whilst also reviewing how we can reduce costs and maximise our retention budget to support LTV across the business. The expected range for this role is £25,000 - £26,000 This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
