The opportunity

This hybrid role holder will coordinate the client relationship, London market ECF activities, data management, documentation, and treasury activities for a set of clients/regional accounts. This exciting role will be based within the Finance department at our London headquarters and will be reporting to the Credit Control Manager.

Your responsibilities will include

-Manage and report on a portfolio of fee earners account to meet the quarterly targets.
-Developments of ECF best practices and training of the wider revenue team
-Active participation in the hybrid working model as required by the business.
-Reconciliation of ECF bank transaction and remittances
-Contribution of the periodic revenue targets (TOM) and DSO reduction
-Adhering to strict market/client requirements
-Contribution to regional tax, legal and compliance requirements
-Multicurrency statement production, reconciliation & reporting
-Month end reconciliations of settlements, accruals, and billing queries.
-Full understanding of best cash management process. i.e. reconcile settlements, provide soft allocation details, and query undocumented settlement within SLA/KPI
-Fee fund & Loss fund settlement reconciliation
-Comprehensive understanding of periodic aged debtors reporting
-Ability to build relationships at all levels, communicates effectively, build trust and influence stakeholders.
