Senior RFP Writer

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior RFP Writer - this is a specialist role with the Asset Management business. In this role you will:

• Completes RFPs, RFIs and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for Institutional and Wholesale clients and consultants across all asset classes, investment strategies and funds.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders/subject matter experts to ensure HSBC clients receive high quality information relation to AM's investment philosophy, capabilities, processes, investment vehicles.
• Partners with colleagues in other geographical regions (globally, and especially with our extended team in Bangalore) to support cross-border RFPs, RFIs and other client documents.
• Comply with all relevant risk & compliance regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the marketplace and an awareness of how HSBC's capabilities can have influence.
  
  To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
• Possess the relevant level of experience and knowledge of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other related client documents, including regulations, compliance requirements and delivery processes, this is essential.
• A thorough understanding of the Asset Management markets and the various financial instruments and asset classes is essential, knowledge of Alternative Investment vehicles is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills to be able to confidently manage conflicting priorities when dealing with multiple projects.
• Advanced communication skills - written and verbal, with the ability to deliver detailed, high quality client documents.
This role is based in HSBC office at 8 Canada Square London with flexibility for some home working however you should be able to travel to London on a weekly basis.
