Full Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Physiotherapists with an interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic treatment. As a Senior Rotational Physiotherapist, you will be an integral part of the Trust, helping patients recover and restoring independence., To participate in a rotation scheme being responsible for implementing and reviewing clinically effective and evidence-based programmes of physiotherapy care for patients, liaising with more senior staff as appropriate. To perform advanced assessment of patients with diverse and complex presentations, to determine a clinical diagnosis and provide effective treatment plans as an autonomous practitioner, in line with CSP and department standards. Your six-month rotations will cover:

  • Musculoskeletal outpatients including upper limb, spinal and paediatric rotations
  • Hydrotherapy
  • Gymnasium rehabilitation including specialist groups
  • Orthopaedic inpatients including spinal and private wards
  • Orthopaedic oncology
