We are recruiting for a Senior Physiotherapist Therapist who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best Peopleand has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff., The successful post holder will be expected to provide excellent patient-centred care across a broad range of specialities, utilising evidence-based practice to ensure the best of care is provided to patients. Our Band 6 Physiotherapy rotation specialities are currently:
- Critical Care
- Surgical
- Orthopaedics (Trauma and Elective)
- Front Door (ED & Acute Assessment Units/Short Stay Wards)
- Acute Frailty
- Respiratory Support Unit and Cardiorespiratory/GenMed
- Older Persons
- Paeds and Pelvic Health
- This post may also include working at our Frailty Unit at Sheppey Community Hospital (ME12 3LT) As a Senior Physiotherapist you will ensure that you are an effective member of our integrated team, being proactive in your approach to your own learning and development and supporting other members of the team to do the same. Supporting other therapy teams/services within the Trust may be required at times. The role will involve evening and weekend working. In addition, you will be an active member of the emergency On Call Physiotherapy rota. Our values are Bold, Every Person Counts, Sharing and Open and Together.
