Full Job Description

To provide business support and the efficient and confidential administrative support to the Safeguarding Integrated Team through the organisation of accurate and up to date data systems and information sharing processes and coordinating administrative support. This will include:
+ The facilitation of efficient information sharing across the integrated hospital and community interface, for staff that are based at any of the safeguarding offices.
+ The need to proactively contribute and coordinate effective team working.
The post-holder will work under the direction of the CHIST heads of service and senior management team and will be required to manage the administrative support provided to CHIST.
This includes supporting the development and management of information, records, databases, correspondence and reports. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring information relevant to the service is disseminated efficiently and in a timely manner to the appropriate agencies.
Provide administrative support for meetings, the post holder will support and coordinate the minutes of these meetings and disseminate them to the relevant attendees.
The post holder will work with Learning and Development team for updating data bases for staff who have attended CHIST training and any bespoke training sessions to ensure that staff are compliant., We are looking for a dynamic Senior Administrator to work within the Croydon Health Services Integrated Safeguarding Team to provide comprehensive and high-quality administrative support service; line management responsibilities.
The Safeguarding Administrator is responsible for the efficient coordination and management of processes and systems to support administrative functions within the team to undertake efficient and effective delivery of this service.
The post holder will be required to act on their own initiative in dealing with day-to-day issues. The position requires the communication of sensitive information on issues regarding serious incidents or where abuse is suspected and as such can be distressing. Proficiency in the use of NHS electronic record systems is essential. This post is a full-time permanent role and is suitable for candidates with safeguarding administrative experience.
