Full Job Description

We are looking for a strong, confident, experienced brand ambassador to join our Emilia Wickstead store team to instil a client-centric approach at all levels within the boutique and to focus on developing middle segment clients into the elite level.

The successful applicant will take over existing clients, grow the client book, ensure the sales targets and all KPIs set are met monthly, support the store management with general day-to-day operations and also support the Store Manager to manage, train and motivate our store associates.

Responsibilities:

  • The key contact for Emilia Wickstead RTW, made-to-order and bespoke tailoring in-store and primary communication channel between Clients and Boutique.

  • Support Boutique Manager and Head Office during events to develop them as relationship-building occasions.

  • Analyse New and existing clientele with store manager to provide accurate insights to the Marketing team and to share with FAs the trends and challenges, as well as client segmentation and client profiles.

  • Enhance boutique clientelling skills and drive true client understanding to ensure that updated and accurate information is captured by the junior sales team.

  • Improve client data capture accuracy and rates for existing clients and prospective long lasting relationships.

  • Support the Store Manager to train and develop store associates

  • Monitor and observe standards on the shop floor and provide guidance where necessary

  • Ensure the engagement and motivation of sales associates
