Senior Sales Enablement Manager

As our Senior Sales Enablement Manager you'll lead the implementation of effective sales training programs, from initial planning to delivery and evaluation, that positively impact the entire employee lifecycle and drive measurable results. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, you will design coaching and development initiatives that empower our global client-facing teams to excel.

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. Here's what the team will be looking for:
Proven experience creating and implementing impactful sales training with a focus on SaaS.
Ability to design training programs aligned with long-term business goals and sales enablement strategies.
Skilled in coaching sales leaders and teams, with experience influencing high-level strategic decisions.
