Full Job Description

As the Senior Sales Ledger Administrator at Optimised Group, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, driving efficiency and excellence in our sales ledger processes. We are looking for someone with a strong financial background, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail to help steer our team to success.

What youll actually do

  • Lead the Charge: Oversee all aspects of the sales ledger, from accounts receivable to invoicing, ensuring seamless financial transactions.


  • Drive Efficiency: Implement and refine processes for auto-invoicing and order checking, ensuring swift and accurate billing.


  • Manage Debtors: Keep our accounts in top shape by managing debtors within company parameters and resolving queries promptly to maintain healthy cash flow.


  • Foster Collaboration: Facilitate key meetings between sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers and outstanding service.


  • Mentor and Grow: Supervise and mentor the sales ledger team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them reach their full potential.


  • Support Excellence: Contribute to management accounts through precise sales and commission reporting.


  • Stay Ahead: Continuously update your skills and knowledge to stay at the forefront of industry developments.


  • Innovate and Collaborate: Bring fresh ideas to the table and work closely with other departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • AAT Level 4 or Part-Qualified Accountant

  • UK drivers licence

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
