Full Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager (EMEA) for Belmond Trains & Cruises, you are part of a team that establishes short-term and long-term sales strategies for EMEA in line with the organisational vision and commercial objectives. In this role, you are responsible for managing specialist rail and cruise trade accounts and directing the Belmond Commercial Office (BCO) and Private Client Managers (PCMs) in Europe to achieve geo-market revenue targets.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Defining and implementing the leisure and groups sales strategy for key territories within the assigned market as per annual budget ambitions.


  • Managing Trains & Cruises-owned accounts in the market; setting strategy and objectives for each one.


  • Tracking and recording sales activities and account growth by using available systems and tools.


  • Supporting Belmond's Commercial Organisation to optimise performance and maximise revenue from EMEA.


  • Supporting the sales roll-out of new T&C products in the assigned market.
