We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Please come talk to us if you have a positive attitude and would like to help us keep our clients happy and satisfied., We are looking to recruit a highly capable and motivated Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join our prestigious and highly successful Dulwich office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing buyer interactions, generating property viewings, and achieving sales targets. The role demands excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of the Dulwich and surrounding areas.,

• Manage day-to-day interactions with buyers, including arranging viewings and securing sales.


• Maintain accurate records on our internal database.


• Professionally handle enquiries from various channels, including internet, phone, and walk-ins.


• Conduct property viewings and follow up on feedback from prospective buyers.
  
  Experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator.


• Exceptional customer service skills and a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with vendors and buyers.


• Demonstrated track record in closing deals.


• Knowledge of the Dulwich property market, including current trends, property values, and awareness of local competition is advantageous.


• Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and driven with a passion for outstanding customer service.
