Full Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Field Sales, the Senior Sales Support Specialist will primarily focus on commercial support to the TeamMate EMEA Sales team and regional Partners in executing on strategic sales priorities and results for specific regions.,

  • Provide support across EMEA to the Sales Team and regional Partners during the sales process;

  • Support Sales Managers and Partners on deals, providing guidance on sales strategy, intercompany communication, references, internal processes, Salesforce support, pricing, and contract negotiation;

  • Support EMEA Sales Management to drive efficiency throughout the sales process;

  • Coordinate with business support functions (i.e., Legal) to drive efficiency in the sales process;

  • Support coordination of RFP completion - providing WK documentation;

  • Management of accuracy of CRM system;

  • Work closely with the Division Sales Operations function to implement EMEA’s processes into Salesforce;

  • Implement new processes to improve EMEAs Sales Team work more efficiently.

    Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 3+ years of administrative support in a Sales environment, OR equivalent experience in high-performing, fast-paced environment;

  • Knowledge of CRM tool (Salesforce);

  • Team oriented, cooperative, and flexible;

  • Demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of people at all levels of the organization;

  • Fast learner and ability to adapt to changing priorities, customer demands and/or market landscape;

  • Experience working with Legal and Procurement teams;

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

  • Experience in responding to tenders or RFPs is very beneficial;

  • Knowledge about cloud software market is a plus.
