Full Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Senior Planner to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our Walton On Thames office on one of our social housing contracts, supervising our planning team. Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Check all operatives have confirmed all appointments for the day.
  • Check system for emergencies every 30 minutes and issue emergencies within a timely manner to ensure targets are meet
  • Ensure diaries are full daily and immediate attention is given when Operatives become free and work is allocated asap, scheduling works into diaries for up to 35 operatives daily
  • Booking appointments with residents
  • Dealing with the further works whilst operative are on site and arranging appointments
  • Respond to telephone variations by seeking approval from duty surveyor so Operatives may continue on the site through to completion and update system
  • We are looking for you to have relevant experience gained from working in a similar industry and environment.
