Senior Sister / Charge Nurse

Southampton Children's Hospital is looking for an adult or child band 7 Ward Manager for our Paediatric Cardiac Ward E1 - Ocean Ward. If you are an excellent team leader with experience of leading and motivating teams and supporting change, we want to hear from you. We are looking for someone that is committed to shaping the future of Southampton's Children's Hospital as well as ensuring service improvement for our specialist paediatric cardiac services. We will be looking for someone who can provide good leadership skills, support, and motivate staff and ensure a safe and effective service to all our patients.E1 is a 16 bedded ward with four-six HDU beds. We care for children and young people from birth to 18, pre and post their cardiac surgery, cardiac arrhythmias, and other cardiac conditions. We received referrals from across the network and as far afield as Guernsey and Jersey.
