Full Job Description
+ Have 24 hour accountability, including line management of their ward/department and the delivery of high quality care with all appropriate systems and processes in place to ensure the continuity of safe and effective care for patients, and a safe working environment for staff at all times. + Ensure environmental standards and cleanliness are maintained in line with national and Trust Standards in the Ward / Department by utilising audits tools CAT and Safety thermometer. + Support and contribute to the development of patient care and practice within the Clinical Board, contributing to Trust projects where required and ensuring provisions are made for staff to develop their knowledge and skills. + Ensure junior staff and students have appropriate supervision, support and are appropriately assessed. + Facilitate and organize the daily running of the ward liaising with the wider team of medical staff, bed manager and allied health professionals.Working for our organisation Our staff oversee over 6,500 patient contacts every day, delivering high standards of healthcare from the following sites:

The method of payment is a salary deduction from your first month's pay.
