Full Job Description

1. To act as a professional role model
2. To lead and co-ordinate the nursing team, taking continuing responsibility for the management and organisation of the clinical area
3. To have continuing responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care
4. To ensure a high standard of nursing care and the well being of patients at all times

We are looking to recruit an experienced nurse able to lead our expert team of clinical staff on both day and night shifts as part of our dynamic, highly reputable multidisciplinary team.

As a senior sister you should hold both a neonatal and mentorship qualification and have previous experience at band 6.
