You will be responsible for managing the ward, promoting a positive patient and staff experience and leading on the delivery of excellent nursing care. This role requires close working relationships with a wide range of people including the Multi-Disciplinary Team, the Consultants, Heads of Nursing, Matrons and other Ward Managers - excellent communication skills are key. You will further develop your clinical, management and leadership skills with support from the senior nursing team here within Division D at Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
