Senior Site Manager

As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.
Your day to day will include:
+ Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
+ Demonstrate good financial knowledge
+ Ensure site records are maintained
+ Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
+ Working on projects valued from 2M to 40M
Who are we looking for?
This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if:
+ Previous experience in the Construction industry
+ Hold the relevant certifications I.e., SMSTS
+ Have experience working on Schools, Higher Education, Healthcare and Office Projects
