Full Job Description

The Haven social media team are on a journey of modernisation and transformation. As part of Bourne Leisure (along with Warner Hotels), Haven is on a growth trajectory and Social plays a huge role in the Marketing strategy, with a real focus on Tiktok and Instagram. With high visibility across Haven and a new Head of Department taking things in a new direction, you will have free creative reign - create the concepts, immerse yourself in Park life and see your ideas come to life.

This would be the perfect role for an Account Manager in an agency, or you may also have relevant in-house experience.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Leading the planning and execution of the content calendar - planning, ideation and implementation
- Deputising for the Social Media Manager when required
- Identifying and liaising with suitable influencers to help deliver on brand content and campaigns across Instagram and TikTok
- Working closely with the content team to produce on brand content that is relevant and engaging
- Identifying and facilitating cross-channel activity
- Reporting, analysis and channel admin
- Social responding when required

Advanced knowledge of social media - Insta and Tiktok are a must
- Excellent project management skills
- Energy - you're joining a team with a real buzz, who bounce ideas around
- Good knowledge of social media analytics and KPIs
- Ability to write in brand tone of voice
- Excellent grammar and general accuracy in written content
- Strong analytical skills
- Ideas - lots of them, you know what makes great content

Above all you should be a capable self-starter who can work at pace, someone who takes a sudden change of priority in their stride.
