Senior Social Worker (Adults)

Conduct comprehensive Care Act assessments.

Complete complex Mental Capacity Assessments and facilitate Best Interest decisions.

Collaborate with multi-agency teams.

Maintain a high standard of clear, concise recording, suitable for financial panel documentation.

We are seeking three qualified Social Workers to perform Care Act-compliant assessments and handle complex Mental Capacity and Best Interest decision-making within acute hospital settings. The candidates will be expected to exhibit exceptional time management skills and prioritize casework effectively due to the busy nature of these sites., Full qualification as a Social Worker.

Excellent documentation and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in multi-agency working.

Access to reliable transportation for travel between hospital sites.

Flexibility for home working with mandatory on-site visits and use of Hull Royal Infirmary as a base (for the 2 positions there).

Availability to work Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
