Full Job Description

As a Senior Social Worker, you will take responsibility for the assessment and implementation of intensive care and treatment in the homes of people with functional mental health problems, as well as people with dementia.,

  • Holding complex cases of people with enduring functional and organic mental health conditions
  • Completing care needs assessments as required under the relevant legal frameworks and clinical oversight and follow up as required
  • To monitor and supervise safeguarding investigations

  • Recognised professional social work qualification
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults especially within mental health
  • Experience of managing complex cases, DoLS, court work
  • Experience of managing safeguarding investigations
