Join our fast-paced MASH team and make a real difference in children's lives. You'll provide high-quality casework decisions and operational supervision, ensuring the safety of children within 24 hours of referral, while working closely with MASH partners to deliver positive outcomes.,

• Make decisions on children's cases referred to MASH, applying appropriate thresholds for statutory intervention to safeguard children within agreed timescales.


• Provide professional leadership, line management, and daily operational supervision to MASH staff, ensuring high service standards and integration of equal opportunities and health & safety policies.


• Improve casework quality through audits and implement learning from observations and audit activity into social work practice.


• Support the Team Manager by providing accurate information, maintaining information systems, and contributing to performance and budget management.


• Develop effective partnerships with multi-agency services to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
  
  Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration


• 3+ years' experience in a 'Front Door' service
