Full Job Description

This is a very fast paced and busy team. The successful candidate will be committed to driving improved services forward, and deliver positive outcomes for our children, young people and families in collaboration with external partners. What will you be doing? You will provide high quality case work decisions and operational supervision for referral information, making informed decisions in respect of safety of children within 24 hours of the referral. You will work collaboratively with our MASH partners and the child's voice will be evident through your work.

You should be a qualified Social Worker, with Social Work England registration, and have proven 3 years of experience of working in a 'Front Door' service.

Northamptonshire Children's Trust was established in November 2020 to deliver Children's Services to the newly established North and West Northants County Councils.
