Full Job Description

As a Senior Dynamics Engineer, you'll lead the design, development, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions that underpin our region's vital transport infrastructure. With end-to-end ownership of the software delivery cycle, your work will have a direct impact on how people navigate Greater Manchester. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring solutions are reliable, scalable, and tailored to user needs. You'll also mentor junior engineers and act as a subject matter expert, driving excellence across the team.

As a Senior Dynamics Engineer, you'll embody these values while bringing the following skills and experiences:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Service/Case Management) solution development and implementation.
  • Proficiency in building and deploying Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate workflows.
  • Experience managing D365 solutions, including configuring and supporting CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Skilled in developing actionable insights with Power BI reports.
  • Familiarity with the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit and setting up Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an Agile development environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.

    This is a permanent role and comes with a salary of £62,811 - £69,888 per annum depending on experience. This is comprised of base salary plus market supplement, (£56,361 - £63,438 + plus MFS £6,450, the market supplement is paid monthly and reviewed annually).
