- Step in for the head chef during absences, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Assist the head chef in creating, ordering, and compiling weekly menus
- Share responsibility for daily Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
- Maintain excellence in food quality and customer service, ensuring high standards are met
- Collaborate with the head chef to manage kitchen areas and team performance
Proven experience at Sous Chef level, demonstrating culinary expertise and leadership - A passion for innovation, creating remarkable dishes that leave a lasting impression
