Full Job Description
In the role of Senior Therapist you will provide treatments where guests' care through genuine interest, graciousness, personalised care and attention to detail is paramount.
You will continually develop individuals within the team, ensuring a consistent learning curve with the highest level of motivation.
You will be confident assisting the Spa Management team during employee appraisal and reviews and hold daily and weekly meetings to ensure effective team communication and continued professional development.

Are you a talented, inspired and guest experience focused Senior Therapist who wishes to be part of our award winning team?, With a minimum of one year's experience at a similar level you will be very guest focused, have a passion for the industry and be committed to delivering the ultimate guest experience. Applicants must be qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent), possess a minimum of one year's experience and be very customer focused. Experience working with Elemis will be an advantage.
