Full Job Description

An existing opportunity has arisen in Pharmacy Cancer Services at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. We are seeking a Specialist Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Cancer Service team. You will provide a specialist pharmacy service to the oncology and clinical haematology specialties, working closely with the Senior Specialist Pharmacists and multidisciplinary team members to provide excellent patient care. The post holder will be providing clinical screening of chemotherapy prescriptions and medicine management for oncology and haematology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In addition, the post holder will be an non-medical prescriber and will prescribe chemotherapy for either oncology or haematology patients. You can also expect a structured specialist development and opportunity to contribute to high level clinical and service delivery projects supported by senior members of the Pharmacy team.
