To provide expert clinical leadership and guidance within the Allergy and Clinical Immunology specialty at King's College Hospital. This role involves providing clinical expertise, supporting patients, their families, and staff members by offering information, guidance, and professional development opportunities., + Clinical Expertise: Offer specialised knowledge and support to patients and their families in the field of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
+ Professional Development: Promote continuous learning and growth within the team, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.
+ Policy Development: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create relevant policies and patient information materials that support standardised care across the care group.
+ Team Leadership: Liaise effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and specialised service.
+ Education and Training: Deliver educational sessions at the Kings Academy, national and international courses, and provide informal on-the-job training.
+ Staff Management: Provide direct line management to Allergy and Clinical Immunology nurses.
+ Research Participation: Contribute to research projects within the care group and specialty.
