Senior Specifications Officer

We are looking for a Senior Specifications Officer to join our Product Development Team.

Your role will be to manage customer specifications across 5 product categories (donuts, cheese, coated veg, formed veg and pies), predominantly QSR and food service with a small percentage of retail specs.

New specifications will be created ahead of launch and right first time, along with reviewing existing specifications as per customer / BRC schedule.

You will provide the development team with technical support on subjects such as nutrition, ingredient declaration, government guidelines, customer compliance etc. Your functional development will come from your own interest in research, as well as support from our research body memberships and our central specifications focussed teams.

8am till 4pm or 9am till 5pm, there is flexibility to work across both our Huntingdon and Peterborough sites.
