Senior Staff Nurse - ITU

Due to the expansion of our services, we are seeking an experienced ITU Senior Staff Nurse to join our cutting-edge Intensive Therapy Unit (ITU) / High Dependency Unit (HDU) at The Princess Grace Hospital. Our unit specializes in providing care for complex colorectal, liver, and urological cases, and we are expanding our services to include complex spinal cases requiring staged operations., As a Senior Staff Nurse in our ITU/HDU, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality, tailored care to patients with complex needs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Providing expert clinical knowledge and hands-on care within the ITU.
• Supporting, mentoring, and coaching junior nurses to help them develop and progress in their roles.
• Taking part in the Critical Care Outreach Team, which focuses on enhancing patient care, supporting hospital ward staff, and alleviating pressure on the wider hospital teams.
