+ Working in conjunction with the Ward Manager and Practice Development nurse to ensure that nursing practice within the ward is of high standard, evidence based and clinically effective.
+ To work in conjunction with members of the medical team in delivering the highest quality care to our patients.
+ To act as a team leader for a given group of nurses within the ward. This will involve providing mentorship for them, undertaking appraisals and working with them to achieve their professional development goals., The person specification below is not the full person specification but outlines the criteria against which your application form will be assessed.
