Full Job Description

The team is a vibrant and intellectually stimulating place of work where complex and demanding projects are developed and delivered for the Trust and the wider health system. We are a small, agile team with varied and diverse professional backgrounds from the NHS, business, the third sector and consultancy services. We are looking for energetic, committed and bright individuals to join us in leading and contributing to this exciting work.
The role will specifically focus on supporting the work of the Strategy Team, delivering large projects to achieve the Trust's objectives, and requires an individual with the ability to manage integrated projects of work in a highly complex environment.
The post holder will be required to develop strong collaborative networks by facilitating events and workshops to understand stakeholder perspectives and ensure clear objectives to enable effective delivery and ensure partnership working. This will involve communicating complex ideas to large audiences, facilitating discussion and challenging assumptions to build consensus.
Evidence of effective delivery is a pre-requisite for applicants. The postholder will be expected to work within the Strategy Team, as well as with operational and clinical teams across the Trust and our partner organisations. Travelling to different hospital sites within the Barts Health Group and other partner providers will be necessary.

· Work on behalf of Barts Health with system partners on the Acute Provider Collaborative, and Integrated Care System clinical and enabling strategies;
· To support system organisations in implementing and realising strategy; and,
· Lead other complex strategic projects and supporting large programmes of work central to Trust objectives.
The team works across the Barts Health Group and with other system partners on the design and development of clinical and corporate strategies, key programmes of work central to the Trust's financial stability, the equity agenda and interfaces with the NEL system, particularly the Acute Provider Collaborative design. The post holder will be expected to lead multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on governance and rigor to deliver defined and agreed outcomes.
