Our ambitions are to grow faster, outperform the market and partner with our customers to succeed with us.   It's an exciting time to join us in an important leadership position in UK Business as The Senior Product Strategy & Lifecycle Manager.  In this role you will have the opportunity to shape and transform the team and our product strategy. It's a great role to build networks and collaborate across all of Vodafone UK Business, bringing teams together to deliver the product strategy.   In this role you will:   
  • Lead the development and execution of the overarching Vodafone UK Product strategy, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and roadmap planning, based on product performance KPIs and in close collaboration with Product Portfolio leads  
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs 
  • Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, customers, and third-party vendors to enhance product offerings and market reach 
  • Bring innovation to life, by identifying, qualifying, and delivering industry, customer and/or technological "firsts" in the UK market.    
  • Our people are our most important asset, the role holder must be able to demonstrate leadership of large cross-functional teams, that empowers, supports and facilitates getting the best from people. They should also have demonstrable ability to successfully balance the needs of the individual, customer and business.  Who you are   
  • Comprehensive understanding of Telco including emerging technology, customer demands & competitive dynamics  
  • Strategic mindset with a strong commercial focus - proven track record of defining and implementing strategy and product plans alongside managing a P&L
  • The ability to create a future vision and lead/galvanise an organisation behind it to deliver transformation and change 
  • Earning customer and partner loyalty through C-Suite influencing and engagement 
  • Proven leadership of building and managing high performing direct and cross-functional teams
