Senior Studio Production Coordinator

The position of Senior Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day to day running of the AllSaints Photostudio, ecommerce shoots and brand content. The ideal candidate is an incredibly well organised, strategic thinker who is brilliant at multitasking, proactive and brimming with energy and enthusiasm. You'll come from either an ecommerce or production background with experience at a mid weight level. You will have a strong understanding of photography and experience negotiating and dealing with external content providers.. This role is perfect for a coordinator or producer ready to take their next step.,

• Working closely with the Photo Studio Manager in maintaining shoot schedule and freelance bookings calendar across ecommerce and seasonal content shoots
• Booking models and working closely with Model agencies on castings and model logistics
• Supporting on seasonal content shoots and in season brand shoots
• Working with key stakeholders to ensure studio critical path is inline with business objectives
• Oversee sample management
• Management of Production Assistant(s)
• Budget management and reconciliation - Raising POs
  
  Previous experience within an ecommerce studio or production is essential
• Ability to communicate effectively with good listening skills
• Demonstrated ability in budget management and team coordination
• Experience in talent bookings, rate and usage negotiation
• Proactive and independent thinking ability with demonstrated desire to learn and grow
• Strong ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure
