You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, promoting positive outcomes for service users, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

+ Lead, motivate, and support a team of Support Workers
+ Delegate tasks effectively and ensure workload distribution
+ Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to team members
+ Address team concerns and conflicts promptly
+ Ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets individual service user needs
+ Develop and implement personalized support plans
+ Monitor and evaluate service user progress
+ Promote positive outcomes and quality of life for service users
+ Identify and assess potential risks to service users and staff
+ Implement appropriate risk management strategies
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user care
