Senior Support Worker

This is a role for an experienced Senior Support Worker to work in a community-based care home service for adults with complex mental health needs. The role involves supporting residents with daily activities, promoting independence, and contributing to their recovery journeys. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a challenging but rewarding environment., As a Senior Support Worker, you will join a qualified and experienced team that supports people with mental health conditions. The service is a step-down from a hospital setting, providing a supportive environment for residents who are ready to live more independently in the community. Your duties will include assisting with daily activities, contributing to care plans, promoting independence, and supporting residents with community-based rehabilitation. You will work across four residential houses in the Keighley area, with the opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career.
